Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
1 Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the relationship between the company CB DISTRIBUTION, referred to as the Seller, and its individual customers, referred to as the Buyer, placing an order on the e-commerce website (online shop) accessible via the following URL: https://monbateaupropre.com/
The Buyer's act of placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2 Orders
(1) Each individual customer has secure access to their personal account created online. To log in, they are invited to enter a username and password that they created via the website. They can change the password at any time. If they forget their password, they can receive a new one by email.
(2) The information provided in the Seller's catalogs, brochures, notices, price lists, and exceptional promotions is for informational and non-contractual purposes only and cannot therefore engage the Seller's liability.
(3) Offers published online are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stock. In the event of a stockout, the Seller will inform the Buyer of a new delivery time. If the merchandise is unavailable, the Buyer may cancel their order and be reimbursed if they have already paid for it. In the event of a supplier failure, the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer and may offer to cancel all or part of the orders already paid for, obliging itself in this case to refund the Buyer the sums already paid, without prejudice.
(4) In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20.1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from receipt of the merchandise to return it to the Seller at their own expense. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. After this period, no order can be cancelled or modified. However, if the cancellation comes from the Buyer, the order will not be refunded. Instead, a credit note for an amount equivalent to the value of the order, excluding standard delivery costs, will be offered to the customer.

3 Delivery
(1) Products are delivered to mainland France and Monaco only, free of charge.
(2) The delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 days from the date of the order. This period is given as an indication and the Seller cannot be held responsible in case of delivery delay. Consequently, no penalty or compensation can be demanded from the Seller.
(3) Products are delivered to the address chosen and indicated by the customer. In case of an invalid delivery address or impossible delivery due to incorrect data provided, the product will be returned to the Seller's warehouses. The same applies in the case of missing information such as door access codes, building number, etc. enabling delivery. The Buyer may request reshipment of the product after payment of reshipment costs at their expense.
(4) For any delivery request to overseas departments and territories and abroad, shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer must contact the Seller to find out the amount of shipping costs and must confirm their agreement and send payment to the Seller before the merchandise is dispatched.

4 Reservations
Upon delivery of the products, it is the Buyer's or their agent's responsibility to check the good condition of the package(s). Similarly, the customer must check the conformity of the delivered products. Any deterioration, non-conformity, or shortage upon delivery must be notified by the customer in a detailed and dated written statement within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product. (1) The Seller provides the Buyer with a standardized safety data sheet for the products, compliant with French regulations and standards, downloadable from the website.
(2) The Seller guarantees the quality and conformity of the dispatched products.
(3) The absence of reservations upon receipt of the products implies approval of the product, both in quality and quantity.
